Colin started out in Edinburgh, Scotland developing software solutions for a printing company specialising in printing and personalising cheque books for banks. His knowledge and experience grew while performing desktop and server support in Sydney Australia, and for the United Parcel Service in Ireland. For ten years Colin worked for Sigma Wireless Communications in Dublin where he installed and supported many customer networks, and has been involved in large network roll-outs for the Irish emergency services.

Dorothy gained her experience at the University of California Los Angeles, where she was the Web Specialist for University Development Communications and Marketing. At UCLA she managed five fund raising websites. Her primary goal was to develop University branding and messaging through websites, online newsletters, email campaigns, animation, online video and event promotions.
